Abdul David Akbaryar moved to the United States at the age of 13 and has spent most of his life in the Bay Area. Having lived in Hayward, Fremont, and Sunnyvale, he now proudly calls Danville home. Growing up in one of the most diverse regions in the world shaped his deep appreciation for culture, community, and the importance of building genuine relationships.
From an early age, Abdul was immersed in multiple languages and cultures. In addition to his mother tongue, Farsi, he was exposed to Hindi and Urdu, allowing him to naturally connect with individuals and families from across South Asia and the Middle East. This multicultural foundation has been instrumental in his ability to communicate clearly, understand cultural nuances, and serve a broad and diverse client base with respect and authenticity.
Abdul began his career in real estate and lending in 2001. Starting at a young age, he quickly established himself by working closely with first-time homebuyers, as well as clients looking to refinance and improve their financial position. Over the years, he developed a reputation for being attentive, knowledgeable, and solutions-oriented—always prioritizing his clients’ long-term goals over short-term transactions.
